5 ways / tricks to keep your body safe and sound.

Want to have a body that is always safe and sound every day is actually very easy. We do not have to pay expensive. We simply do it with something that already exists. Here are 5 tips to keep your body fit and affordable for all circles:
 
1. EAT REGULARLY; eat 3 times a day and on time. Eating nutritious foods is important, but not necessarily expensive nutritious. Simply 4 healthy, 5 perfect. Namely rice, side dishes, vegetables, fruits, and perfect with milk added.

 
2. ENOUGH SLEEP; we sleep in at least 8 hours a day, less than that then the body will feel weak.

 
3. SPORTS; do not have to nge-jym/fitness, just 15 minutes a day, doing that can be done, such as running / jogging, push ups, sit-ups.

 
4. DRINKING WATER; at least 8 glasses per day.

 
5. Cerebration; Thingking positive in thinking, make the mind always enjoywww.amikom.ac.id
